Natalia is an enterprising woman with a clear idea, based on experience and science, about which means a quality psychology. Her qualities as a person also makes that all professionals and clients, related with APEC, are very enthusiastic and high motivated on the proyect.
Javier is a young technologist and entrepreneur. Currently 24, at the age of 15, he started Geeksphone which became the first European smartphone-maker to launch Android to the market in 2009. His company evolved into Blackphone, recognized as one of the top 10 Technological Breakthroughs by MIT and Top Invention of the year 2014 by TIME Magazine for pioneering privacy and security in consumer phones.
Madrid Hub defines itself as one of the most enthusiast and eclectic, not only due to its diversity regarding the nationality of the members but also regarding professions. Engineers, teachers, film directors, journalists, psychologist, writers or singers among others join forces to try and improve their community. Since it was founded in 2011, this hub has carried out different projects like the book DIFERÉNCIA(TE), that aims to prove the youth that you don’t have to follow the established path to be happy; the social documentary WHAT DO YOU WANT TO DO WITH YOUR LIFE? that traveled around Spain in a van for a month to get answers from hundreds of young people from all over the country to hear their voices (sponsored by the Coca Cola grant); we hosted the first Shape Europe ever, in 2013, and many more projects. Currently, we are more than thirty members and our three main topics are Education, Social Inclusion and tackling Youth Unemployment.
