Robin Weninger is the Managing Director of the management think-tank shapingwork and the software company incoverage. Both companies focus on leading and guiding organisations through their challenges by acting as the vanguard of change.
shapingwork does this by seeking new questions and plausible explanations through the development of new educational models to shape leaders to become "maximisers of empathy” and "leaders of change”. in contrast, incoverage develops a management software that helps companies reach their goals and strategies with ease whilst simultaneously creating a better working environment with more engaged and motivated employees. Together shapingwork and incoverage build a sustainable end-to-end bridge for the future of work.
Robin works closely together with universities, thought leaders and management thinkers to develop state-of-the-art management practices, frameworks and best practices for action-orientated management. He designs individual coaching and training programs, helps organisations create goal-setting frameworks and get into a strategic flow.
He runs management courses at various business schools and was honoured as a Global Shaper by the World Economic Forum in 2015.
