We « refuse to lie down and die » Joseph Ki Zerbo Because Bamako is our hub, Mali our home, Africa our city and the world our Nation, We Global Shapers from Mali have decided to join our hands to fight for better days for our communities and to never give up when facing challenges. On the contrary as a group of dynamic and instructed youngsters belonging to a global network, there is no space for fatality. We are on a duty to fight for a peaceful world. This means no more social injustice, inequality (man vs woman; rich vs poor), religious fights or shortage of food... In order to materialize our vision, we have to carry out our projects and invest our time, energy and all other resources on them. We make the plead that each single project will have an impact on individuals. In order to achieve our goals, we promise to always bear in mind our 5 core values : - The respect of rights and freedoms. In order to participate in the formation of complete and fulfilled invididuals evolving in democratic societies. - Availability. To work for our community but also with other hubs. - Humanism. To worry about others; our neighbors... It is for us to never let down a Shaper in the overall distress or without answers. In our daily business, we will also defend the establishment of a social economy. - Sharing. We are fortunate to belong to a network of young and enthusiastic talents from various fields. We strongly encourage an exchange of ideas, knowledge and know-how... - Cooperation. It is at the heart of our hub. We are all responsible for the proper functioning of our network and good conduct of our projects. All decisions are made freely and openly among Shapers.
