ReGeneration, which was launched on May 29th, is an innovative internship program that provides recent graduates with new skills that will help jump-start their professional careers. The main features of ReGeneration include paid internships in a corporate environment, intensive specialized learning and development, mentorship from established professionals in the Greek business world, and volunteer work at local NGOs.

The Manila Hub's Library Renewal Project has been a massive success, as it strives towards building 200 libraries around the Philippines by the year 2020. They are well on their way as they recently opened their 65th library, with more to come soon. Before she joined the Global Shapers team Spring built up quite an impressive resume, including work with Hewlett Packard, Ogilvy & Mather and the Asia Society. She also has a BA in English from Renmin University of China and completed an MPA from the Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs.
