Vilnius Hub launches "Women Go Tech" mentorship program

Global Shapers Vilnius Hub has a marvelous goal for 2017 to attract more women to the information technology sector trough a mentorship project ‘Women Go Tech’, which just started and is organized together with leading ICT association in Lithuania INFOBALT and corporate partners TEO an OMNITEL (part of Teliasonera group).   


‘Women Go Tech’, whose idea was generated by a shaper Zydrune Vitaite, will take 5 months and during this time there is a plan to pair young women who want to explore their options in tech with successful C-level professionals who can guide their way and show the possibilities in the technology sector. Tête–à–tête meetings between the mentor and mentee will be accompanied by a monthly “Women Go Tech” community gatherings where women can also network between each other and industry leaders, specialists.
