Ivan Vozmilov graduated from the Ural State University of Economics (The USUE) in 2007 with excellence, majoring in Global Economics. Up to 2008 he worked as the English Language Tutor, for ‘Bouygues Batiment International’, French construction company that built the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Ekaterinburg. From September, 2007 till August, 2010 Ivan had been working as a Project Manager in the ‘Atomstroycomplex Group’, major construction & development company in Ekaterinburg, where he was responsible for the projects of reconstructing objects to host SCO & BRIC summits in Ekaterinburg.
Since 2008 Ivan Vozmilov has been teaching at the Marketing & International Management Department of the USUE. In 2012 he got a PhD degree in Economics. The main area of Ivan Vozmilov’s activities in the university is coordinating international educational programmes. In university he has created Student International Club ‘Amigos para Siempre’, which became the member of the Association of Economic Clubs in Russia.
Since July 1, 2013 Ivan Vozmilov has been the Founding Curator of the Global Shapers Community Hub in Ekaterinburg. He participated in WEF Annual Meeting-2014 in Davos and Saint-Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF-2014). He has been managing several Hub projects, such as ‘Appalachian/Urals’, ‘LIBrairie’, Sochi Paralympic Torch Relay in Ekaterinburg. In 2014 as a part of his social contribution Ivan Vozmilov had been teaching for a semester in high school No. 99.
