Layla Dong, Foundation board member of WEF Global Shapers Community. She has been contributing ideas and insights on the development of the community since 2013 by promoting the cooperation between GSC with organization and corporation like: UN,Coke, Microsoft,etc.
She is the founder of " Supersoup", a supply chain that responds to food safety and consumption upgrading to provide healthy and reliable soup to the busy Chinese youngsters.
Ms. Dong has rich entrepreneurial experiences. She is the founder of Broadshine Ltd. Co, a company committed to China-Western technology-cultural communication. She helped GOME to establish and operate its e-commerce in Japan and Australia. It has built stable and productive cooperation with GOME who is the biggest Electrical Appliances company in Greater China region with 1682 outlets. Ms Dong is presently the CBO of GOME Australia. Ms Dong has organized a series of influential art exhibitions with many well-known artists including Zhan Wang, Hiroshi Sugimoto and Yue Minjun,etc. She also works closely with the Chinese government and the capitals to host annual science and technology forums where accumulatively more than 100 world top scientists.
Before starting her own business, Ms. Dong was the project manager with HarperCollins of News Corporation. Ms. Dong was awarded the Master Degree in Publishing from The University of Sydney in 2012.
