Madrid Hub is one of the oldest in the Global Shapers Community. Founded in 2011, we had more than 1.000 shapers along with our history: economic, entrepreneur, political and social young leaders working together to create social impact initiatives. Since it was founded in 2011, this hub has carried out different projects like the book DIFERÉNCIA(TE), which aims to prove the youth that you don’t have to follow the established path to be happy; the social documentary WHAT DO YOU WANT TO DO WITH YOUR LIFE? that travelled around Spain in a van for a month to get answers from hundreds of young people from all over the country to hear their voices (sponsored by the Coca Cola grant); we hosted the first Shape Europe ever, in 2013. During the COVID-19 crisis, we participate in the founding team of #CORONAVIRUSMAKERS initiative (3D printed protection equipment for health & safety workers). Currently, we are working on more initiatives, putting the voice of the young community on top of public debate.
