A community of young proactive leaders aiming to improve the state of the world from different areas and disciplines in San José, Costa Rica.

We have change agents from all around the country who are passionate about creating positive impact in a daily basis, and our goal is to become a great trust and inspiration network with the capability to make change happen through our members actions and words.

In our hub we are proud and fortunate to have all kinds of personalities and perspectives. We have an awesome majority of women members, multiple climate change specialists, education and entrepreneurship gurus, creative and out-of-the-box minds, artistic performers, incredible facilitators, recognized academics, an admirable trans member and activist, empathetic social activists, successful business leaders, storytellers, technology masters, great minority groups representation and even a charismatic magician who lights our every meeting. Our alumni network is also vast and imponent. We are honored to have a wide 15+ alumni network from our hub that share a never ending passion, commitment and support to our hub. In this network, we happen to have several YGLs that enable high-impact opportunities and connections. We would like to use this opportunity to thank them all and to invite them to keep up the great work.
