During the global pandemic, what we saw most clearly was the need for change to adapt. The hub aimed to create programs and activities called 1% CHANGE to help Danang's youth community “get ready" for any change. The Danang Hub targeted young leaders and creators who joined Start up Competition: Innovative start-up ideas - Light up your Creativity that is organized by Danang City Youth Union. In order to build-up the strong bone of the youth community along with the city development, contestants could register ideas and innovative start-up projects in all industries, fields of production, business, service, industry, agriculture, environmental protection, and climate change. Therefore, the Danang Hub project turned a Great Idea into Great Performance.

Change is always difficult without companionship. Understanding that, the hub organized coaching and mentoring, starting with sharing to learn then from learning to practice. All teams who joined the competition received coaching and mentoring through the Danang Hub's valuable network that combines businessman, training professors, Danang Incubator. The program had 22 teams registered and then final end-up coaching for 44 members within 2 months.
