2019 Shape the Future - Young Social Influencer Program is a 5-month mentorship program which aims to inspire and encourage Taiwanese youths to take actions and create social impacts to their communities. From February to July 2019, 25 selected mentees received training from 10 mentors with multinational enterprise, strategy consulting, start-up and NGO experience. At the same time, all the mentees were required to work on a social impact project that they were interested in. Until today, this program has initialed more than 8 side projects which provide solutions to gender-equality, sustainability and education problems in Taiwan and reached more than 2000 people via offline events and online promoting activities.
