A Step Ahead was a collaboration between Glowork and Khobar Hub. It was a Saudi-centric 6 step program consisting of 2 days, designed to empower women ranging from senior university students to fresh graduates from around the Kingdom. This program supported women to become active agents in today's booming workforce by enriching their job hunting, soft and personal skills.

Khobar Hub supported the program by moderating at 4 panel sessions, as well as conducting several workshops such as starting your own business, successful job interviews, balanced lifestyle, shaping a better community and soft skills. The Hub also participated at a CV clinic to provide a quick review for attendees on their current CVs and ways to improve them. This project has been completed.
