Problem Statement

Young people between 20 and 30 years of age in the Padre Mugica Neighborhood need spaces to enhance the skills demanded by the labor market to be better leaders in their areas of development.

Target Group

Young people between 20 and 30 years of age from the Padre Mugica Neighborhood from the City of Buenos Aires.

Proposed Solution

Deliver practical/theoretical sessions on soft skills in Barrio Padre Mugica, to promote leadership skills within the neighborhood, focusing on the neighborhood organization ATR. The idea is not only to train but to accompany them to execute an initiative to put into practice the knowledge given in the classes.

Hub Activities

5 theoretical-practical sessions and a closing activity organized by them.

Session 1: Public Speaking.

Session 2: Team Management

Session 3: Negotiation.

Session 4: Time Management.

Session 5: Leadership.

Available Metrics

Supported by the neighborhood organization ATR, the idea is to measure before and after:

• How the activities of the teams are carried out within the organization.


• The number of initiatives generated by ATR within the neighborhood.


• Initiatives that are maintained over time.
