Addressing Mental Health Challenges Among Pakistani Youth

Problem Statement: Pakistan is currently experiencing a surge in the prevalence of mental health issues among its youth, exacerbated by factors such as academic pressure, societal expectations, and economic uncertainties. The lack of awareness and limited mental health support further compounds the problem.
