Aden's First Cake Exhibition saw the Hub empower 19 women of cake makers who were working from their home to help achieve some degree of economic autonomy and customer base. The exhibition, a first of its kind, attracted a number of media impressions especially in light of some of the geopolitical challenges that has crippled communities across Aden.

As part of the exhibition, cake baking and decoration was also introduced to some of the most marginalised groups in the country, and namely young orphans. This component saw training and gifts given to some of the orphans who understandably lack the joy of childhood that everyone deserves.
