Agubayani: Ginhawa 'Ta

Ginhawa 'Ta offers online breathing spaces where high school and college students can gain clarity, undergo wellness checks, and connect with others.

In every Ginhawa 'Ta session, there were 2-4 participants. A student was grouped with other students from different schools/universities. Sessions lasted for 45-60 minutes.

Sessions were anchored on the PERMA framework. The questions were woven based onthe Five Pillars - Positive emotions, Engagement, Positive Relationships, Meaning, and Accomplishment.

Sessions were facilitated by the Student Nurture Facilitators, which are also from the new cohort of Iloilo Shapers.
