As part of a global Shaper-led movement, the Arusha Hub organizes multiple blood drives in the hopes of eventually dismantling the cultural misconceptions that so often prevent regular blood donations in the city.

The objectives for this project are to work with health stakeholders in Arusha to facilitate at least one major blood donation event per year, as well as to share accurate information about blood donations through marketing campaigns to encourage individuals to safely donate blood.
