Global Shapers Navi Mumbai Hub conducted a book donation drive in collaboration with Apeejay School, Nerul. Over 260 books across subjects of maths, economics, biology, computer science, Hindi, physics and chemistry were donated to the Ratna Nidhi Charitable Trust in a bid to support their Mission Million Books.

Goal: The goal of the drive was to provide the underserved with access to quality educational materials for their growth and advancement, and supports the Indian government's efforts to enable access to quality education for all. 

Impact: 260 books were distributed across 7 subjects, which helped students from underprivileged communities to continue their learning, despite financial constraints, which will also enable them in the long run to grow self-reliant with our continued efforts to empower them with educational materials.

The Navi Mumbai Hub will be conducting more book donation drives with additional partners in the future.
