"Build A Skill" is a first-of-its-kind project in the area where the hub aims to improve the skill-set of youngsters, particularly women by providing them training on different skill sets so that they can generate employment opportunities for themselves in these harsh economic conditions. 

This skill-based training will help in the professional development of a person. Students who are currently enrolled in institutes do not get the opportunity of learning skills outside their academia. The hub wants such students to learn from market professionals that will help them later in their professional lives. 

The training includes different topics like entrepreneurship, freelancing, graphic designing, digital marketing, virtual assistance, leadership and motivation, content writing, basic photography and communication skills, etc. 

Impact:

The major milestone achieved so far was to train over 350 students by delivering different skill-based training on different topics like freelancing, graphic designing, basic photography, virtual assistance, communication skills, leadership and motivation etc. Women stepping-up and participating will also be one of the achievements in this project. 

Goals:

The hub's goal is to train around 1,000 students and change-makers by July 2023 and empower them in different fields of life. The hub also aim to provide trainings on topics like basic health care and first aid, waste management, product recycling and climate change.
