Once every two months, Kigali Hub members visit universities in different districts of Rwanda where they provide career talks and mentorship to the students. Shapers from different sectors and industries share their experiences and provide tips on how students can best leverage their talents to make it in the corporate world. In addition to the career talks, the Hub conducts debates through the collaboration of AISEC and Toastmasters clubs in the respective universities, with the aim of building the students' confidence.

The key goal of the project is to shape future leaders of Rwanda.
