Reshaping the culture of child emotional intelligence within the National Education System. This project will encompass the professional development of teachers to enhance their skill sets in facilitating the development of emotional intelligence of their students. This project aims to make classrooms a safe space for students to explore their emotional faculties. The project will include training of Castries Hub members as Educational Influencers in their communities and providing teachers and schools with resources to strengthen their efforts.

Goals:

1. 20 Castries Hub members to be trained as global education influencers.


2. 5000 Grade K-11 students to receive Emotional Intelligence Programming.


3. All K-11 teachers will receive resources for educational intelligence programming of their students.


4. 50 teachers participating in professional development training.


5. 75% of infant and primary schools directly involved in the initiative.
