This project set out to raise climate change awareness in teens and young adults via memes and entertaining posts. The goal was to encourage discourse about climate change, and inspire young people to take action.

The memes were posted onto a facebook page. Over 41,000 facebook users have liked the page, and nearly 43,000 users actively follow the page. Each post recieved anywhere from approximate 100 to 1,200 likes/interactions, and approximately 15 to 780 shares. Some posts generated over 80 comments, many of which tagged the friends of the users commenting. All this activity indicates that this page was able to successfully spark conversation and help to normalize serious discussions on climate change.

This project was active for approximatley 1 year (late 2019 - late 2020).
