When the COVID-19 pandemic hit in March 2020, many companies in the Bay Area had to let employees go, and the unemployment rate increased. Not having a job made the life of many people difficult; they could not afford to pay their rent, the grocery store, and other bills.

Palo Alto Hub put in place a plan to support job seekers get back in the job market. The hub offers sessions of resume review, interview tips, mooc interviews, and brings guests to speak about their industry. The resume workshop review takes place online twice a month, also allowing people from different parts of the US to join the sessions.
