O polo realizou a primeira sessão do “De cara para o muro”, projeto de polo em parceria com o Projeto Reflexões da Liberdade que leva o desenvolvimento socioemocional de jovens de escolas públicas, liderado pelo Shaper Emerson Ferreira. A proposta de “De cara para o muro”, no que se refere às abordagens policiais em que o sujeito tem que se deparar com a parede, é ressignificar o olhar para as paredes da periferia, com a exibição de filmes projetados nas ruas da comunidade com discussões posteriores sobre valores e direitos humanos. Os shapers realizaram a pintura da parede para a exposição, a curadoria do filme, a mobilização dos primeiros participantes e a condução das discussões formativas.

The Global Shapers São Paulo hub held the first session of "De cara para o muro" / "Facing the wall", a hub project in partnership with the Reflections of Freedom Project that brings socio-emotional development to young people from public schools, led by Shaper Emerson Ferreira. The proposal of "Facing the Wall", regarding police approaches in which the subject has to face the wall, is to give new meaning to the look at the walls of the periphery, with the screening of films projected on the streets of the community with subsequent discussions on values and human rights. The shapers carried out the painting of the wall for the exhibition, the curation of the film, the mobilization of the first participants and the conduction of the formative discussions.
