Board meetings in Alexandrian sports clubs usually print for each board member meeting agenda and the complementary documents for each topic which can reach tens of papers printed each meeting. we aim to digitize these meetings so that these documents will be on the screen instead. which will save a lot of printed papers.
And it has been done by applying screen in the meeting room and some IT stuff as not to print paper anymore.
