Diversity and Inclusion: an intersectional approach to the pay gap

People are not all being paid fairly according to skill and experience; salaries differ based on gender, ethnicity, age, sexual orientation and disability. However, while the gender pay gap has been identified and scrutinized, the pay gap has not yet been addressed through an inter-sectional lens (e.g. a combination of demographic criteria including ethnicity and age). The London Hub aims to conduct research and work with the local government to put this issue on employers’ agendas, toward enabling social mobility and fair pay for all.
