The programme seeks to attain the gaps that exist in the early childhood development (ECD) landscape in the City of Tshwane in order to develop recommendations and solutions. These will be applied through the Hub's existing projects, i.e. Social Entrepreneurship Project. This project is also in line with the Covid-19 Response Projects as it aims to close the gap where children have been unable to attend ECD centres especially in peri-urban and rural areas since lockdown began in March 2020 in South Africa.
