The Education and Employment Thought Leadership Series initiative is a project that enabled Global Shapers from the Philadelphia hub to share unbiased information on relevant topics and become thought leaders.

Goal

To make a difference, each Global Shaper member that has joined the Education and Employment Working Group has written an article on a topic of her or his choosing. Each Global Shaper involved in this initiative wrote at least one thought leadership piece on a topic of her or his choosing. Web traffic and viewership metrics will be reviewed to identify trends in how the content is being consumed.

Target

Primarily, this project was directed towards people located in the Philadelphia area who would like to have an impartial perspective on critical and timely topics so that they could be more informed members of the community. Any individual in either Philadelphia or the Greater Philadelphia Area could have benefitted from this series.

Metrics such as page visits and time each user spent on a particular blog post’s page can be tracked.
