The Fail Fest targets a diverse audience, including entrepreneurs, innovators, researchers, academics, students, investors, policymakers, and other stakeholders in Tanzania's local innovation ecosystem.

Proposed Solution:
The Dar es Salaam Global Shapers Community proposes Fail Fest as a platform to normalize failure, inspire resilience, and promote learning. By creating a safe space, the event aims to foster a culture of openness, learning from setbacks, and building a supportive environment for innovation.
