There is no lack of female role models, we just need to bring them under the spotlight. Femme Shapers is a project to give visibility of women role models in all fields (science, business, arts, technology...), in order to inspire young female leaders into pursuing any career they want. 

So far, we have:

• Collected, in a database, more than 100 women in 14 fields, such as: health, environment, technology, industry, sport, economy, politics, art, entrepreneurship, science, humanities, care, social innovation and fashion. 


• 
  Published 8 interviews, 5 of which you can see on our Instagram @femmeshapers (where we’ve had more than 1700 views).


• 
  Recorded 4 more interviews that are in posproduction.


• 
  Held 2 networking meetings called "Cafemme", in which we have gathered 22 women. 


• 
  2 sessions in a school, to inspire 40 different young students.


• As of November 30th we participated in a congress in Biscay, called "Eliminating Glass Ceilings", in a panel discussion about "intergenerational and public-private relations in the transformation", where 100pp participated aproximately.
