Global Shapers Philadelphia is looking to post monthly editorials highlighting the work Philadelphians are doing to include diversity and gender into their social and professional spaces. We hope to be able to post our articles online and on social media so we can share what other groups are doing to proactively provide outlets for equity and inclusion in their communities while also giving some shine to our local community leaders. We will strive to grow and evolve our articles in an effort to provide inspiration to other organizations and communities so we can share ideas and, hopefully, create more inclusive and inviting environments for everyone.

Shed some light on organizations and individuals that are paving the way for equity and inclusion in the workplace and in other social/professional circles. We are hoping to be a source of inspiration potentially to other people who want to be more inclusive
