Global Shapers Forum in Hanazono Jr. High and High School

In order to solve the situation that young generations in Japan have lack of good and active image about their future, Kyoto Hub is holding Global Shapers Forum in Hanazono Jr. High and High School 3 times a year and giving them opportunities to connect to adults with variety of career who are working globally or making the society better.


This is the biggest and a continuous Hub project lasting more than 5 years. In this event, Kyoto Hub give lecture, panel discussion session and workshop by 2 or 3 speakers (mainly members from Kyoto Hub or ones from the other Hub or other initiatives) offering a variety of future image, career choice to realize happier life in the future.


 Every time there are 100-200 students participating in it and teachers there also seem to learn something from GSs.


There are many good changes, such as, for example, some students already started internship activity under a company of a member of Kyoto Hub.


Kyoto Hub are aiming more than 1000 students can spend their school life for their own future goals and and choose their own unrestrained future choice with hope and confidence through the event.
