Problem Statement: The project aims to address the challenge of helping young students in Vietnam effectively position themselves in the dynamic labor market. It seeks to provide them with the knowledge, skills, and inspiration necessary to kickstart their careers and become sought-after talents in the job market.


Target Group: The project is designed for students, specifically undergraduates, to assist them in career orientation and development.


Proposed Solution: The project takes a multi-faceted approach, involving Shapers who transform into speakers and actively contribute to event planning. It also leverages talk shows, sharing unique off-the-record stories, and insights from experienced experts and political figures who provide career guidance.


Hub Activities: Specific actions undertaken by the hub include organizing a series of four career-oriented shows hosted at various universities, featuring innovative thinking and creative solutions to career challenges.


Short and Long-Term Goals: The short-term goal is to help students gain valuable insights and skills for career development. In the long term, the project aims to contribute to building a high-quality human resource community, fostering national development and progress.


Available Metrics:


  • 300 in-person participants at offline events.

  • 1,700 online participants.

  • A total outreach of 30,000 individuals as of now.


Project Collaborators: The project collaborates with various universities, including the Academy of Finance, National Economics University, Foreign Trade University, and Hanoi University of Science and Technology, as well as the HubNetwork to facilitate this initiative.
