IGF 2023 Remote Hub

Problem Statement: Lack of awareness and engagement with Internet Governance issues in Libya.

Target Group: Local stakeholders, including government representatives, businesses, academics, NGOs, and interested individuals who wish to actively engage in global Internet Governance discussions.

Proposed Solution: Establishing a local hub that enables participation in IGF events, including webcasts, live discussions, and interactive participation with IGF panels.

Hub Activities: Organizing meet-ups and gatherings. Webcasting IGF sessions. Facilitating live interaction with IGF panels. Local discussions on IGF topics.

Short and Long-term Goals:

Short-term: Raise awareness, engage local community, foster networking.

Long-term: Build a sustainable community focused on Internet Governance, influence local policy, engage in ongoing global discussions.

Available Metrics: Number of participants engaged. Number of events held. Feedback from participants. Influence on local policy or initiatives.
