Impact Jam brings together young leaders from 18 to 35 years old across the GTA to develop service projects that address social issues and community development. An online survey was initiated to uncover the issues that are most pressing to members of the Toronto community, and teams were formed to brainstorm on the solutions to those issues with the help of experts and facilitators. At the end of the event series, project ideas were pitched to the audience and the judging committee, and funding opportunities were provided to the teams.
