The Improve project is the first intergenerational critical thinking exercise aimed at identifying the impacts generated by the Fourth Industrial Revolution on future generations. The project focuses on unemployment, the demand for new skills from the labor market, and emerging job challenges. Improve leverages the Global Shapers Network to identify and invite subject matter experts to lead seminars.

 The Naples Hub took part in the Salone del Sud event, part of the Salone dello Studente initiative. Specifically, we participated in a webinar that saw the participation of various schools in southern Italy and we organized a virtual stand attended by students and members of the Naples Hub to discuss specific issues concerning the future of work.
