“IMPROVE Torino” is a local chapter of the IMPROVE project launched by Global Shapers Milan Hub to reduce youth unemployment in Italy. The project educates high schol students about the impact of the Fourth Industrial Revolution on the job market. Within the project, Shapers regularly deliver talks, workshops, webinars, publications and a podcast. 

In the years 2019-2021, Shapers of Turin:

• have spoken at two editions of a higher education fair “Salone dello Studente” in Turin, sharing insights from the World Economic Forum about the Future of Work


• contributed to a publication “The professions of the future: why 65% of today’s youth will have a job that doesn’t exist yet”.
