Project's problem statement: Indian Laws Simplified is an initiative aimed at breaking down complex legal concepts and making them easily accessible to the public at large. Our mission is to bridge the gap between complex legal concepts and the general public, empowering individuals with the knowledge they need to understand their rights, obligations, and the intricacies of the law. We strive to foster a more informed and legally aware society by providing free, simplified legal information. 

Target Group: This project's target group is the public at large (16-70 years). As laws and policies are quite frequently sidelined by people in India, this initiative is being undertaken to keep the people informed and legally aware. 

Project's proposed solution:

The following approach is being adopted for this project:

• Simplification of Legal Complexities: The primary goal is to simplify complex legal jargon and terminology into clear and understandable language, removing barriers to accessing legal knowledge. 


• Public Empowerment: The hub aims to empower the public by equipping them with the necessary legal information to navigate everyday situations, from contracts, tenancy matters, family law matters, etc.


• Inclusivity: The hub is committed to providing information that is accessible to everyone, including those with diverse backgrounds and varying levels of education.

Hub Activities for the Project: The hub has been writing articles on pressing legal issues, have made carousel posts (for the people who don't like reading articles), and have also made informative videos for social media. 

Short-Term and Long-Term Goals: The hub is determined to revolutionize the way legal information is disseminated. By making the law approachable and comprehensible, the hub aspires to empower individuals and promote a more just and equitable society. Together, we can build a legally aware community that can exercise its rights with confidence and navigate the complexities of the legal system with ease.

Project Collaborators: The Indore Hub has collaborated with The Legal Cartel which is our legal knowledge-sharing partner. The Legal Cartel provides the hub with the relevant and necessary legal content that is then processed into carousel posts and videos by the hub.
