Inova Servidor is an initiative by the Osasco City Hall that aims to encourage public servants’ participation in creating innovative solutions to the city’s challenges.

In partnership with the Osasco Hub, the 2023 edition used our Shaping the Future methodology to accelerate the servants’ ideas and generate impactful solutions for the city. This edition’s main goal was to include discussions on current topics such as Agenda 2030 and technological innovation, seeking to improve the quality of public services in Osasco.

The project saw participation from over 300 employees from various areas, including the Health, Education, Housing, Administration, Finance and Civil Defense departments. The best ideas selected by the City Hall received a series of workshops from Osasco Hub to develop sustainability, innovation, pitch, strategic planning, impact measurement and civic participation.

In total, over 168 ideas were registered, and approximately R$160,000 in prizes were distributed to 6 projects that sought to promote integrated and sustainable urban development in Osasco.
