Problem Statement:
The initiative addresses the pressing need to empower young individuals in Dar es Salaam with practical skills
in agriculture. By focusing on vegetable farming, the project not only contributes to food security but also opens
avenues for sustainable entrepreneurship among the youth.
Target Group:
Young individuals in Dar es Salaam with a keen interest in agriculture, particularly those looking to either start
a business or enhance their existing agricultural ventures.
Overall Project Objective:
Build the capacity of young people in Dar es Salaam to learn vegetable farming for subsistence and
entrepreneurship, utilizing available resources.
Key Activities:
1. Landing site: Introduction to the project and its objectives.
2. Study Tour: Visit Sam's farm to understand practical aspects.
3. Farmer-led Sessions: Practical demonstrations on production, processing, and marketing.

Expected Outputs and Outcomes:
