Kriol Shadowing is a project that aims to provide mentoring for young students and job seekers from 15 to 25 years old of our community offering them the opportunity to have an in-depth knowledge of various professional careers paths, information and capacitation to better decide their professional paths and also to integrate in the job market.

Goals:

Each edition of the project had different goals, the first edition aimed to provide training of secondary school students in practical subjects by inserting them into professional activities in a short space of time. we trained around 6 ambassadors and each one of them had one mentor (2019). The second edition of the program was to support and guide young people in secondary school by connecting them with local companies and in university providing guidance in the elaboration of scientific research (2021). The general objective of the 3rd edition is to address the lack of adequate guidance and support for young people who have already completed secondary and higher education.
