On the occasion of the International Women's Day, Nice Hub-Global Shapers Community organised the event "La Femme Inspire" (The Woman Inspires) on March 8th 2016 in Sophia Antipolis. The event featured 5 female entrepreneurs from the region through presenting their success stories, obstacles, and their messages to the next entrepreneurs.

The main aim was to allow 4 or 5 speakers to share their experiences as women entrepreneurs and the obstacles to being a woman entrepreneur.

We wanted to:

• 
  Communicate on the status of economic inequalities between men and women today in France.


• 
  Inspire positivism in the women attending the event.


• 
  Exchange around a cocktail to do some networking.


• 
  Include men in the dialogue about economic.
