Lead Your Future is a program to assist high school students in choosing a university and deciding their careers after graduation. The Alexandria Hub is creating a career development boot camp that includes various activities including group career coaching, inspiring career talks, training, mock interviews & internship exposure.

Goals:

• Bridging the gap between education and the labor market to enhance the quality of Egyptian students so they become good citizens who can make a positive impact in their community.


• Students better understanding their personality type, interests, values and motivations, hence leading to an understanding of the unique gifts they possess in order to better allocate them.


• Students getting introduced to career development activities, the labour market and trending job opportunities.


• Student being exposed to a career simulation environment where they go through interviews and the process of getting an internship.


• Build an online platform to connect students with adult mentors and other students that is open for questions and the exchange of ideas.
