LEAD is one of the education and skill development projects at Global Shapers Jaipur Hub wherein the hub seeks to harness the skills and experience of its members to run workshops, seminars, and webinars in different schools and institutions in the city of Jaipur. Jaipur Hub has a diverse group of people from various sectors including climate action, project management, entrepreneurship, influencers, mental health, and more.

Through these sessions, the hub is looking to help the target audience to grow, learn and develop. The sessions target two broad areas of hard and soft skills and general areas. The hard skills include: academic, technical, entrepreneurship and skill-based whereas the soft skills include innovative thinking, public speaking, leadership and more. General area includes topic like mental health, grief mentorship, climate awareness, cleaner lifestyle.

There are two areas in which the project is going to focus - hard skills and soft skills. Under hard skills, the impact will be measurable as the growth/change that can be quantified. Under soft skills, the impact may not be measurable in the short term. In case of longer engagements, the hub will be able to measure the impact of the soft and hard skills. Some impact measures which can be used are: number of sessions done, number of students reached out to, growth of the student [matrix to be designed]
