Leaders from various generations are currently facing several challenges and lack opportunities to exchange with and learn from other leaders in a safe a trustful environment.

The target group for the project is composed of leaders from various generations and fields from the DACH region.

Inner growth for outer impact: hold space for regular sharing of experiences and learnings amongst leaders as well as an ongoing community of practice, using compassionate systems thinking methods.

So far, we hosted 1 Leadership Kolloquium in Admont, Austria, with 22 leaders from the DACH Region (from C-Level executives, team leaders and entrepreneurs). The event lasted 1.5 days.
There are already several follow up activities planned.

Short-term goals: hosting a yearly Kolloquium
Long-term goals: nurture a community of practice, where regular meetings are hosted on thematically

- 1 Process Designed according to Art of Hosting and Participatory methodologies
