Our project has the purpose to solve or mitigate the lack of access to reading in vulnerable communities.

Target Group

Kids and people in vulnerable communities in Recife

Proposed Solution

We plan to build libraries on public places inside the communities and fill them with books for free. The literary genres will be chosen based on an an analysis of the major public in the community.

Hub Activities

Our main activities is the project of the library, receive and manage book donations, create ways to raise funds and organize an event to open the library to the people, with a special focus on kids. We expect to return to community in a few months and years and add new books to the library.

Available Metrics

Our impact metrics are focused on the number of members and families that are living in that community.
