#MAKING2030

The project by the Naples Hub aims to make the SDGs concrete by adopting a discussion method that goes from the general to the particular, to ensure that young people know the goals for sustainable development.

The events are structured like talks with guests who will answer questions regarding the implementation of the objectives of the UN 2030 Agenda. Each meeting will also focus on a different objective.

The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development is an action program for people, the planet, and the prosperity signed in September 2015 by the governments of the 193 UN member countries. It encompasses 17 Sustainable Development Goals or SDGs in a large action program for a total of 169 targets. The Development Goals follow up on the results of the Millennium Development Goals (Millennium Development Goals) that preceded them and represent common goals on a set of important issues for development: the fight against poverty, the elimination of hunger, and the fight against climate change.

So far, the Hub has held a 90-minute meeting with the participation of various young people from the Neapolitan area. The goal is to repeat these meetings every month, dealing with all the objectives of the 2030 Agenda and to involve as many young people as possible in our events.

The project is organized in collaboration with MSOI Naples.
