Management Program for Craftsman and Creators

This project aims to increase the number of leaders of Japanese traditional culture, to thrive its economy and to inherit this art to the world in another thousand years.

In order to pass this beautiful Japanese traditional culture down the next generation, Kyoto hub members are holding a once-in-a-month management work shop for craftsman. There are 3 shapers involved in the project and 30 people participating in each workshop.

Now japan is facing a serious problem that many craftsman leave their job because of the difficulty of managing, which means that we are losing important creators inheriting the Japanese cultural legacy. It is holding 12 monthly work shops through a year, teaching about tax and money in the 1st term, product development in the 2nd, and marketing in the 3rd (from Sep. 19, 2020 to Aug. 31, 2021). This project aims to reach 360 craftsman as the cumulative number, and make them realize to manage a long-lasting company.
