Mastering the Art of Living Vibrantly - WMHD Series 2023

Project Summary: The youth grapple with the challenges of maintaining mental well-being amid a fast-paced lifestyle and societal pressures. Recognizing the need for awareness and resources, the hub project aims to empower young professionals, entrepreneurs, and university students in Bandung to develop a nuanced understanding of mental health and break free from associated stigmas.

Proposed Solution: Mastering the Art of Living Vibrantly is a transformative Mental Health Webinar Series created in collaboration with the local community, People of Happiness, and a network of Bandung mental health experts. Tailored for the youth of Bandung, this series covers a range of topics including Breaking the Stigma, Mental Health 101, Art Therapy, Digital Detox, and more.

Approach: Over the course of a month, the series goes beyond traditional approaches by actively empowering participants. The series provides practical insights, fosters open dialogues, and offers tools for self-discovery, aiming to establish a resilient community that embraces mental well-being in the face of societal demands.

Community Engagement: The project extends beyond the virtual realm through a dynamic social media campaign advocating self-care. Participants are encouraged to share their thoughts and experiences, creating a ripple effect of awareness and lasting connections among participants.

Post-Event Resource: Understanding the importance of gradual understanding, the project team crafted a month-long series and collaborated with experts to develop a gratitude journal. This resource serves as a practical worksheet, enabling participants to continue their mental health journey beyond the series.
