Since the GDPR was enforced, its objective has been to create a safer environment. Nonetheless, better communication between the different stakeholders that produce and consume data should be encouraged. That is why the Bilbao Hub is working on an innovative awareness campaign with the aim of educating Basque citizens on their use of data.

The Hub plans to try this awareness campaign in the Basque Country. If it works and citizens learn about the use of their personal data, they will extend this methodology to other parts of Spain.
